Relaxation in the Hot Room (Sıcaklık): Begin by unwinding in a heated marble room, allowing your muscles to loosen and your pores to open. The warmth prepares your body for the next steps.
Traditional Scrub (Kese): A skilled attendant will exfoliate your skin using a traditional kese mitt, removing dead skin cells and leaving you feeling incredibly smooth and refreshed.
Soap Massage: Enjoy the invigorating feeling of being covered in fragrant soap bubbles, followed by a soothing massage that further relaxes your muscles and stimulates circulation.
Oil Massage: After the Hamam experience, indulge in a deeply relaxing oil massage. This therapeutic massage, using aromatic oils, will melt away any remaining tension and leave you feeling utterly rejuvenated.

Sauna
After locking your belongings, you move to the hot room or steam room, where you will ‘sweat’ out the toxicity from your opening pores. Warm room experience usually lasts around 5 – 10 minutes. Once you have relaxed and sweated in the sauna’s 40 to 50 degrees Celsius, you will go to the centre of the Hamam.
Wash Yourself
Centre of the Turkish hammam is an area of marble slab and seating. The belly stone is where the masseuse scrubs your body, and a massage will take place.
You will wait until the masseuse calls you to take your place on the marble stones. There are brass water taps, marble basins and traditional bowls to wash yourself with hot water and cold water. When it is your turn, you will be escorted to the central marble, ready for your scrub.
3 – Scrubbing , Foam Massage and Oil Massage
Scrubbing
After you are comfortably placed on the belly stone, your masseuse will scrub you from the roots of your hair to the tips of your toes. Scrubbing will remove the dead skin cells, leaving you feeling invigorated. Your masseuse will then rinse the dead skin from your body, preparing you for your gentle massage.
Foam Massage
The foam massage is that stage of your Turkish bath where the masseuse uses what appears to be a large pillow case, foamed and fluffed, ready to wash your new skin cells.
Oil Massage
When the massage room is ready, you will go to the last of the hamam spa rooms. After lying comfortably on the massage bed, you will receive a 20-minute aromatic relaxing massage. Don’t be surprised if you end up falling asleep. Most people do! And if you do, don’t worry. We will gently wake you up and return you to the changing area when it is complete.
